Croeso and welcome to Shotwick Lake Sailing

Shotwick Lake is situated on the Welsh, English border on the edge of the Dee estuary. We have members from North Wales, The Wirral, Chester and North West England. 

A family club we pride ourselves on our community and are an affiliated RYA Training Centre running sailing and windsurfing courses for both juniors and adults alike.

RYA Youth courses

MAY SCHOOL HOLIDAYS… Junior/youth training at Shotwick Lake is making a major step forward during the May school holidays. Club youth members will be able to participate in the first RYA youth courses of 2026, led by Shotwick Lake Senior Instructor Jude. This Sunday marked the first of six in our regatta series. Leeward Twilight

The Reward for the three competitors in the Wednesday night race was a podium place.
