Croeso and welcome to Shotwick Lake Sailing

Shotwick Lake is situated on the Welsh, English border on the edge of the Dee estuary. We have members from North Wales, The Wirral, Chester and North West England. 

A family club we pride ourselves on our community and are an affiliated RYA Training Centre running sailing and windsurfing courses for both juniors and adults alike.

Sunday 5th April, the penultimate day of racing in the Early Spring Series and it was a wild one! Wednesday night racing got under way at Shotwick Lake with a lively evening of sailing and several swimmers in the lake - the first race in the evening Twilight Series on the 1st April. Sunny times

Sunday 29th March saw sunshine and wind in equal measure. Sailing secretary Simon Dolman commented: Summer's arrived, well done everyone! Quiz Night Success

Friday 13th was lucky for some as club members assembled at the clubhouse for another tremendous quiz and fish and chip evening organised by Julie Dolman and her team.
