Join Us
We welcome members throughout the year, and do not have a waiting list. Membership is easy to apply for - click on the 'Join' button at the top right of the screen to start the process then 'Create an Account' (at the bottom left) and send your details through. Exciting news for 2025/6 is that there is no additional joining fee!
Once the Membership Secretary receives the application she will email you an invitation to join, with an invoice for the fees due - make sure you check your 'Spam' folder if the invoice doesn't arrive within 7 days. Once you've settled your invoice you can apply for an access credential via a smart app on your mobile phone to allow you to access the club building and grounds at any time. Fees for 2025/2026 are as follows (please note ages are as at the start of the membership year i.e. 1 May).
If you have any questions about membership please email the Membership Secretary. We encourage all potential members to come to the club and see us 'in action' - Sundays are a great time to find out more about what we do, but please do pre-arrange these visits to ensure someone will be available to show you around.

We are a club run by members for members, and have no paid staff. In joining the club we hope you will help us continue this ethos, and will contribute through undertaking duties at the club and coming along to our working parties. We also hope you will enjoy and support the wide range of social activities which we run - and help us identify new opportunities for club activities. It is YOUR club, and we need to know what our members want from it.
If you already have a dinghy please contact the Membership Secretary to let them know the type of boat you own. We encourage members to select and sail boats which are appropriate for our water.
Please read the club rules and bylaws before making your application, in applying to join you are acknowledging that you will comply with these, and your acceptance that the club obtains and retains personal data to enable us to deliver our membership contract with you.
