December working party - Dec 14th

Due to the forecast the next work party has been moved to Saturday 14th of Dcember from 9am to midday. This is your chance to do your bit in keeping the lake, clubhouse and equipment spick and span, without incurring large costs! This really helps to keep the membership fees reasonable too.

If you have special powers such as a registered trade then just make that known to Les Perry - he may have an appropriate specialist job for you. Otherwise just turn up ready to help and take on what you are comfortable tackling. Working parties are held on the first Saturday of each month. Its suggested you wear typical gardening gear! Pop a lifejacket in just in case your task is near or on the water. This Saturday the aim is to: - move cut branches with trailer - tidy around berths - launch and test Bosun dinghy - remove scaffolding on pontoon/clean - fix lifebelt housing - secure training boats for winter And the kettle will be on and there will be biscuits!
