The Twilight Series race 3 was held on Weds evening 23rd April, and a new name appears on the top of the podium. Congratulations to Shan Stapely for winning race 3 in very challenging light conditions. Sailing Secretary, Simon Dolman, commented. It was tough sailing in a shifting wind turning lighter throughout the race.Mark Heaton made a great start in his Lightning and it was great to see Maisie out in her Pico, starting a lap late but clearly sailing well. Great also to see Neil Wallace in his first race of the year in his Heron.

However top place on the podium was taken by Shan (Mirror) followed by Mark Heaton (Lightning) and Conrad Brown (Laser).

After three races the win also sees Shan in the lead overall, followed by Conrad Brown and Ian Duncan in their Lasers.
