What a great day at the Ellesmere Port Sports Village meeting lots of potential new members. Sailing the Oppi was extremely popular and the whole day was a great success, thanks to organiser Beth and the many club members who came out to spread the word. Special thanks to Jeremy who delivered the Oppi, Colin for the many photocopies, and Mark for the knot-tying rope!

Commodore, Jeremy Copper, commented. It was good to see so much interest in the Oppi, which I think stole the show. Great work from Beth and the rest of the club crew. On the back of the event we have received several potential new members and expressions of interest in learning to sail And use the lake for other water sports. A great day and well worthwhile putting the effort in.
